Realistic details include, doors on both sides of each of the buildings, gutters, down spouts, a ridge vent on the roof, and curbs around the door entries. Some of the roll up doors have pad locks on their latch handles and some do not, (Giving the appearance that not all of the units are rented out ) and they all have lift handles and door frames. The entry door and windows next to it have frames and the door has a handle. There is also a sign, post, and a base. The decals include, blinds for the windows with signs that are typical for a store front, and the "LOCK-IT-UP" self storage facility sign for both sides of the sign. For ease of assembly, most of the parts have a step on them for positive alignment, and clear instructions are supplied. Only average modeling skills are needed for assembly.
